The reservation will be confirmed by depositing 50% of the total amount of the stay and sending the voucher by email within 24 hours, or it will be cancelled.
Without sending the proof by email the reservation will not be confirmed and cancelled.
The cancellation request must be made by email within 7 days of the booking date.

After this period there will be no refund of amounts paid for reservations.

In case of early departure during the reserved and contracted period, the total amount of the reserved period will be charged.
